The Area
Penrhos Bach is situated in the village of Brynteg, about 3 miles from Benllech.
The Isle of Anglesey is well known for its beautiful scenery and sandy beaches.
Beaches
For water sports there are beaches at Trearddur Bay and Traeth Bychan or for family beaches there are Benllech Bay and Lligwy. There is also a costal path around the whole of Anglesey, so as long as you enjoy fresh air there should be something for everyone.
History
Anglesey is steeped in local history. From before the bronze age, through the Celts and Romans up until modern times, there is plenty to explore around Anglesey.
The story begins as soon as you arrive on the island, across Britannia Bridge or the famous Menai Suspension Bridge; which is the old crossing to the island, along the famous coaching route from London to Holyhead, and thence to Ireland.
